The founder and CEO of Copase, Mr. Terry Brennan, is a widely recognized expert in the coatings and chemical additives industries.  He began his career as a technical representative for Glidden Coatings at their Strongsville, Ohio Research Facility where he was responsible for initiating all new business business start ups for the company's OEM division.  As such he worked with some of the largest OEM users of coatings in the world.  His responsibilities included designing products and application equipment and interfacing with all levels of operations at both Glidden and their customers.  He quickly became the youngest person to ever occupy the position he held and developed a reputation as a person whose hands-on approach made him as approachable and successful on the plant floor as well as in the CEO's office.  After accepting a buy out in a reorganization, Mr. Brennan and his family moved to Gonzales, Texas where he took on the responsibility of developing applications techniques, new products, and new markets for Southern Clay Products, a global manufacturer of organoclay and rheological additives.  He became a sought after speaker for symposia and conferences.  He is the author of multiple industry journal articles and inventor on record of four patents.  Responding to multiple requests for his expertise, Mr. Brennan founded Copase Consultants International LLC as a vehicle to allow him to continue to deliver his unique solutions to peoples' real world challenges.
